This appeal is from denial of an application to change the name of a nine-year-old girl. The mother, after divorce and remarriage, filed the application to change the childs surname to that of the mothers present husband. The father appeared and opposed the change. After a non-jury trial the juvenile court denied the change, and the mother appeals. We hold that the court did not abuse its discretion.
